摘要
[目的]研制一种病虫兼治的用于玉米田的悬浮种衣剂。[方法]采用湿式砂磨超微粉碎法,通过对润湿分散剂、增稠剂、成膜剂、防冻剂的筛选、优化及理化指标检测,获得23%噻虫·氟虫·苯甲悬浮种衣剂配方。通过田间小区试验,研究其对玉米病虫害的田间防效。[结果]研制的种衣剂配方各项质量指标均符合国家标准,在药种比1∶100~1∶200剂量(115~230 g a.i./100kg种子)对玉米种子包衣时,对地下害虫蛴螬的防效为91.34%~94.44%,对粗缩病的防效为87.14%~95.24%,对丝黑穗病防效为92.82%~96.02%,玉米增产21.51%~24.70%,对玉米生长未见不良影响。[结论]23%噻虫·氟虫·苯甲悬浮种衣剂高效、低毒、环保,配方稳定,对玉米病虫害防效好,对玉米生长安全,增产作用明显。
        [Aims] The aim was to develop a flowable concentrate for seed coating(FS) to control maize diseases and pests. [Methods ] The formulation of thiamethoxam · fipronil · difenoconazole 23% FS was optimized through the screening of adjuvants such as dispersing agent, thickening agent, film-forming agent and anti-freezing agent by the means of wet milling. Based on the indicators, optimum formula was obtained. The field efficacy of the formulation on maize diseases and pests was determined through field trial. [Results] The indicators of the formulation meet the national standand. With the dosage of 115-230 g a.i./100 kg seeds, the formulation had excellent physical and chemical properties, and the field control efficiencies on white grub, maize rough dwarf disease and maize head smut were 91. 34-94. 44, 87. 14-95. 24 and 92. 82-96. 02 %, respectively. The rate of production increase was 21. 51-24. 70 %.[Conclusions] The formulation of thiamethoxam · fipronil · difenoconazole 23% FS has the characteristics of high-performance, low-poisonous, steady performance and environmental friendly. It has good field efficacy on maize diseases and pests, no harm to maize growth and increasing production obviously.
