耳针联合肉毒素注射治疗面肌痉挛临床观察

摘要
目的观察耳针联合肉毒素注射治疗面肌痉挛的效果。方法选取面肌痉挛患者120例,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。两组患者均予以肉毒素注射治疗,在此基础上观察组患者予以耳针法治疗。治疗后评估两组患者的治疗有效率、起效时间、疗效控制时间、不良反应发生率以及患者满意度。结果观察组总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组起效时间明显短于对照组,疗效控制时间明显长于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者满意度(91.7%)明显高于对照组(76.7%),且比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳针联合肉毒素治疗面肌痉挛更为有效,起效更快,且患者满意度亦更高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of ear acupuncture plus botulinum toxin injection for facial spasm.Method One hundred and twenty patients with facial spasm were allocated, using a random number table, to observation and control groups, 60 cases each. Both groups of patients received botulinum toxin injection. The observation group of patients received ear acupuncture in addition. The efficacy rate, the time to produce the effect, the time to maintain the therapeutic effect, the adverse reaction rate and patient satisfaction were observed in the two groups of patients after treatment. Result The total efficacy rate was markedly higher in the observation group(95.0%)than in the control group(80.0%) with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The time to produce the effect was markedly shorter and the time to maintain the therapeutic effect was markedly longer in the observation group than in the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups of patients(P>0.05), but patient satisfaction level was markedly higher in the observation group(91.7%) than in the control group(76.7%) with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Ear acupuncture plus botulinum toxin injection is more effective in treating facial spasm with a quicker effect and higher patient satisfaction level.
