基于情报感知理念的Sigma核心文献识别方法——以国际信息服务研究为例

摘要
[目的/意义]情报感知是情报工作的核心,主要是在了解现有情况的基础上对未知或知之不祥的对象进行深层次、综合判断和描述,从而减少决策过程中认知意外的发生。研究将情报感知理念运用在核心文献识别方法的改进中,对单纯的高被引等传统核心文献识别判定依据提出质疑,提出了基于情报感知理念的核心文献识别方法。[方法/过程]以国际信息服务研究领域为例,通过在Web of Science数据库中抽取8个与信息服务词意相通的关键词,得到了涵盖所有学科的文献数据源,利用CiteSpace刻画出国际信息服务的主要研究内容分布,以Sigma核心文献识别法识别信息服务领域的核心文献集。[结果/结论]分析本轮获得的10篇核心文献可以看出,相较于以用户需求为中心的信息服务,主动感知的信息服务能够针对用户尚未察觉的真正需要进行前瞻性服务,这也是对信息服务价值的最终体现。
        [Purpose/significance] Information awareness is the core of intelligence work.It is based on the understanding of the existing situation to make the deep and comprehensive judgments and descriptions of the unknown objects,thus the occurrences of cognitive accidents can be reduced in the decision-making.In this study,we judge the efforts of traditional core document selections such as high citation,and provide the core document selection method based on the concept of information awareness;[Method/process]Taking international information services research as an example,eight keywords related to information services are extracted from the Web of Science,and the sources covering all disciplines are obtained.We create the knowledge mapping of international information services by using CiteSpace,and the core document set in the field of information services is identified by Sigma method;[Result/conclusion] It can be found that compared with the information services that focus on the needs of users,the proactive information services can provide forward-looking services,which can aware the real needs that the users have not yet perceived.This is the ultimate value of information services.
