横向暴力对实习护生职业自我效能感的影响

摘要
目的:调查横向暴力对实习护生职业自我效能感的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法调查本院临床实习结束的194名护生遭受横向暴力和职业自我效能感状况。结果:临床实习期间约有80.41%的护生遭受过横向暴力,遭受过横向暴力实习护生的职业自我效能感得分(85.08±13.57)明显低于未发生者(98.69±12.36)(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,学历层次、性格倾向和横向暴力均是实习护生的职业自我效能感的影响因素。结论:护理管理者应重视横向暴力现象,通过加强护生的教育和相关人员的管理,减少横向暴力的发生以促进护生的职业自我效能感。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of lateral violence on career self-efficacy of clinical practice nursing students. [Method] A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the lateral violence and career self-efficacy of 194 clinical practice nursing students of our hospital at the end of clinical practice. [Result] About 80.41 % of nursing students experienced lateral violence during clinical practice. The scores of career self-efficacy of nursing students who with lateral violence(85.08±13.57) were significantly lower than those who did not have lateral violence(98.69±12.36), and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). The regression analysis showed that academic level, personality tendency and lateral violence were the influencing factors of the occupational self-efficacy of clinical practice nursing students. [Conclusion] Nursing managers should pay attention to the phenomenon of lateral violence. By strengthening the education of nursing students and the management of related personnel, the occurrence of lateral violence would be reduced to promote the career self-efficacy of nursing students.
