情景模式教学法在临床护理教学中的应用

摘要
目的研究与分析情景模式教学法在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法该院采取随机的原则选取来该院进行实习的78名护理人员(2017年3月—2018年3月),随后根据护理人员的工号的单双号进行分组,主要分为传统教学组与情景模式教学组,每组39名。其中传统教学组的护理人员采取传统的临床护理教学方法进行教学,而情景模式教学组的护理人员采取情景模式教学法进行教学,随后观察两组护理人员的理论成绩、技能成绩以及对带教老师的教学满意度。结果情景模式教学组的护理人员的理论成绩、技能成绩以及对带教老师的教学满意度显著高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模式教学法在临床护理教学中的应用效果显著,值得进一步推广与使用。
        Objective To research and analyze the application effect of situational mode teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching. Methods 78 cases of practical nursing staff in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, the traditional teaching group used the traditional clinical nursing teaching method, while the situational model teaching group used the situational model teaching, and the theoretical score, skill score and satisfactory degree to the teachers of the two groups were observed then. Results The theoretical score, skill score of nursing staff and satisfactory degree to the teachers in the situational model teaching group was obviously higher than that in the traditional teaching group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of situational mode teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching is obvious, which is worth further promotion and application.
