期待疗法在胎膜早破患者中的应用效果研究

摘要
目的:探讨期待疗法在胎膜早破患者中的应用效果。方法:选取97例胎膜早破孕妇作为研究对象,其中在送院当天要求终止妊娠的32例产妇作为对照组,另外65例产妇为观察组,观察组孕妇采用期待疗法进行干预。观察两组产妇产后出血量、终止妊娠时间、感染情况、分娩方式、新生儿体重、新生儿Apger评分、呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)情况。结果:观察组产妇产后出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组终止妊娠时间(孕周)长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇感染发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿体重、Apger评分、高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组RDS发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:期待疗法在治疗胎膜早破产妇中可保障产妇与胎儿安全,延长产妇孕周,有利于胎儿发育成熟降生。
Objective:To study the effect of expectant therapy in patients with premature rupture of membranes.Methods:97 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes were selected as the study object. 32 cases of pregnant women who requested termination of pregnancy on the day of hospitalization were selected as the control group and 65 cases as the observation group. The amount of postpartum hemorrhage, duration of termination of pregnancy, infection, delivery mode, neonatal weight, neonatal Apger score and(RDS) of respiratory distress syndrome were observed in the two groups. Results: The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the time of termination of pregnancy(gestational week) in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(P< 0.05), the incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of RDS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Expectant therapy can ensure the safety of the parturient and fetus in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes, improve the gestational weeks of the parturient, and make the fetus mature and born.
