七味白术散对菌群失调腹泻小鼠肠黏膜的影响

摘要
目的探讨七味白术散对抗生素所致菌群失调腹泻小鼠肠黏膜的影响,为七味白术散治疗腹泻的机制提供依据。方法采用头孢拉定和硫酸庆大霉素混合抗生素灌胃制备菌群失调腹泻模型,造模成功后分别灌胃七味白术散传统汤药全量和七味白术散超微50%剂量汤药,治疗3d后采集各组小鼠空肠、回肠和结肠肠段各约2cm,并测定各肠段黏膜淋巴细胞数和肠黏膜厚度。结果与模型组小鼠相比,七味白术散超微50%剂量汤药治疗组和传统汤药治疗组回肠黏膜厚度及各肠段黏膜淋巴细胞数均降低,且回肠黏膜淋巴细胞数的比较差异有统计学意义(t=1.0210,P=0.0480;t=0.9130,P=0.0430);超微50%剂量汤药治疗组小鼠回肠和空肠黏膜的淋巴细胞数显著低于模型组(t=1.0210,P=0.0480;t=1.0031,P=0.0493),更接近正常组。结论七味白术散对抗生素所致菌群失调腹泻小鼠肠道部分肠段黏膜厚度和各肠段黏膜淋巴细胞数有恢复作用,七味白术散超微50%剂量的修复作用优于传统汤药。
        Objective To explore the effect of Qiwei Baizhu Powder on the intestinal mucosa of mice with dysbacteria diarrhea.Methods Cefradine and Gentamicin sulphate were orally administered to mice to make the model animals with dysbacteria diarrhea,then the model mice were given traditional decoction of Qiwei Baizhu Powder or 50% dose of ultro-micro Qiwei Baizhu Powder respectively.After 3 days of treatment,the specimens of jejunum,ileum and colon were collected to detect the number of lymphocytes and the thickness of intestinal mucosa.Results Compared with the model group,the thickness of ileum in mice treated with 50% dose of ultro-micro Qiwei Baizhu Powder or traditional decoction of Qiwei Baizhu Powder was lower.and the numbers of lymphocytes in the two treatment groups decreased;the difference in the lymphocyte number in ileum mucosa between the two treatment groups and the model group was significant(t=1.0210,P=0.0480;t=0.9130,P=0.0430).The lymphocyte numbers in ileum mucosa and jejunum mucosa in mice treated with ultro-micro Qiwei Baizhu Powder were evidently lower than those in the model group(t=1.0210,P=0.0480;t=1.0031,P=0.0493),yet was almost at the same level with the control group.Conclusion Qiwei Baizhu Powder can regulate the mucosal thickness and the number of lymphocytes in the intestine of mice with antibiotic dysbacteria diarrhea,and ultra-micro Qiwei Baizhu Powder is more effective than the traditional decoction.
