狂欢中的跨境文化认同与边境和谐发展——以“中、老、越三国丢包狂欢节”为例

分布在中、老、越三国毗连地区的哈尼族、彝族在历史上始终保持着文化交流与互动。2009年至今,"中、老、越三国丢包狂欢节"已成功举办五届。狂欢节的举办基于三国边境居民对于团拢古宴、牛体彩绘、丢包等文化元素的认同。围绕狂欢节展开的商贸活动,则带动了边贸市场繁荣。"中、老、越三国丢包狂欢节"应继续提升文化内涵,创新形式与内容,为三国边境的政治、经济和社会的和谐发展做出贡献。
The Hani and Yi ethnic groups,which are located in the contiguous areas of China,Laos and Vietnam,have always maintained cultural exchanges and interactions in the history.Since 2009,the Carnival of Throwing Bags has been successfully held five times between the borders of"China,Laos and Vietnam".The Carnival is based on the recognition of cultural elements such as ancient banquets of gathering,paintings on cattle body and throwing bags among the border residents of the three countries.The trade activities around the Carnival have led to the prosperity of the border trade market.But the Carnival of China,Laos and Vietnam should continue to enhance the cultural connotation and the form and content of innovation,thus contributing to the harmonious development of politics,economy and society along the borders of the three countries.

(1)江城哈尼族彝族自治县,简称江城县,隶属于云南省普洱市,地处东经101°14'~102°19'、北纬22°20'~22°36'之间。江城县东南与越南接壤,南与老挝交界,是云南唯一与两个国家接壤的县。境内分布有25个民族,其中有彝族、汉族、傣族、瑶族、哈尼族、拉枯族等6个世居民族。
