早期先兆流产患者实施心理护理干预的应用效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨将针对性心理护理应用实践于早期先兆流产患者中的效果。方法:将针对性心理护理实施前(2016年1月-2017年5月接治的60例早期先兆流产者设为常规心理护理组,针对性心理护理实施后(2017年6月-2018年10月)接治的60例早期先兆流产者设为针对性心理护理组。对比两组患者焦虑、抑郁心理及保胎成功率。结果:针对性心理护理组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁评分均显著较常规式心理护理组低,保胎成功率显著较常规式心理护理组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在早期先兆流产患者心理干预领域引入针对性心理照护模式,可显著改善早期先兆流产患者负性情绪,提升保胎成功率。
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted psychological nursing application in early threatened abortion.Method:60 cases of early threatened abortion patients who were treated before targeted psychological nursing(January 2016 to May 2017) were set as routine psychological nursing group.After the implementation of targeted psychological nursing(June 2017 to October 2018),60 cases of early threatened abortion were treated as targeted psychological nursing group.The anxiety and depression psychology and the success rate of fetal protection were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of anxiety and depression after intervention in the targeted psychological nursing group were significantly lower than those in the routine psychological nursing group,and the success rate of fetal protection was significantly higher than that in the routine psychological nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of targeted psychological care model in the field of psychological intervention for early threatened abortion can significantly improve the negative emotions of early threatened abortion patients and improve the success rate of fetal protection.
