探讨3C全程优质护理服务在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用效果

摘要
目的分析将3C全程优质护理服务应用在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的效果。方法在2017,年本院消毒供应中心还没有实施3C全程优质护理服务,在这个期间内进行消毒灭菌的手术器械选取100件作为对照组。在2018年,本院消毒供应中心实施了3C全程优质护理服务,在此阶段内进行消毒灭菌的手术器械选取100件作为观察组。结果比较两组手术器械清洗、灭菌、消毒不合格率,观察组显著低于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组分别选取了工作人员30名与30名,分别统计了两组的满意度情况,观察组显著高于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将3C全程优质护理服务应用在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中取得了很好的效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying 3 C whole-course high-quality nursing service in the management of surgical instruments in disinfection supply center. Methods In 2017, the disinfection and supply center of our hospital has not implemented 3 C whole-course high-quality nursing service,during this period, 100 surgical instruments for sterilization were selected as control group.In 2018, the disinfection and supply center of our hospital implemented 3 C whole-course high-quality nursing service,during this period, 100 surgical instruments for disinfection and sterilization were selected as observation group. Results The unqualified rates of cleaning,sterilization and disinfection of surgical instruments was compared between the two groups,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, after comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups selected 30 staff members and 30 staff members, respectively, and counted the satisfaction of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of 3 C whole-course high-quality nursing service in the management of surgical instruments in disinfection supply center has achieved good results.
