摘要
使用Youtell三种酶(A、B和C)和Novozym N476,在不同用量条件下处理全漂针叶木浆,分别测出酶处理纸浆的打浆曲线,纵向比较酶处理节约PFI打浆能耗的情况,横向比较至一定打浆度时所需酶的用量及PFI转数。初步分析了使用Youtell酶辅助打浆对纤维形态的影响。结果显示,在低酶用量下(小于2.5 IU·g~(-1)),三种打浆酶均能明显节约打浆能耗(约40%),较容易获得高打浆度的纸浆,同时酶促打浆对打浆度的提升存在极限值。纤维形态方面,相对于打浆酶A和B,打浆酶C更容易切断纤维。与Novozym N476相比,Youtell打浆酶在目标打浆度为低打浆度时存在优势。
        Youtell three enzymes(A, B and C) and Novozym N476 pretreatment were used to improve the bleached softwood pulp refining performance. The beating degree curves were obtained with different enzyme dosages, respectively. Energy savings of PFI refining calculated according to PFI revolutions were compared with enzyme pretreatment. The fiber morphology was analyzed preliminarily after refining. The results showed that with low dosage of enzyme(less than 2.5 IU·g~(-1)), three Youtell enzyme pretreatments can significantly decrease refining energy consumption(about 40%), and are easier to obtain high beating degree pulp. Also, there is limit to the promotion of beating degree after enzyme pretreatment. Compared to the enzyme A and B pretreatment, enzyme C pretreatment is easier to cut off the fiber. To obtain low beating degree pulp, Youtell enzymes have advantage compared with Novozym N476.
