摘要
中性纤维素酶预处理被用来改善针叶木浆打浆性能。结果显示:中性纤维素酶预处理是一种有效的提高纸浆滤水性能和节省打浆能耗的方法,中性纤维素酶预处理是通过改善纤维的吸水润胀来实现酶促打浆的,在低酶用量的情况下,经过酶预处理后打浆,相对于空白样,纸浆的打浆度有了大幅的提升;在酶用量2.5 IU·g~(-1),目标打浆度40°SR时,可节约约47%的能耗,并且在低酶用量下,纸浆的物理性能也得到了改善。
        Neutral cellulase pretreatment to improve refining performance of bleached softwood pulp is investigated in this paper. The cellulase pretreatment is proved to be an efficient method to develop the drainability of the pulp and reduce the energy consumption in the refining process. The result shows that cellulase treatment improves the swelling of fiber and is beneficial to the refining process. At low cellulsae dosage,pulp freeness increases soon after pretreatment with cellulsae. When the cellulase dosage using is 2.5IU/g,about 47% of energy are saved compared with the control. And at low dosage of cellulsae can develop the mechanical properties of the pulp.
