摘要
目的探讨不同持续时间的早期母婴皮肤接触对新生儿行为状态和母乳喂养的影响。方法选取2017年1月至6月本院出生的新生儿80例,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组均于出生后给予早期母婴皮肤接触。观察组持续1 h;对照组持续至产妇会阴伤口缝合完毕,平均(30. 75±1. 13) min。对比两组新生儿出生后第0~1小时、第5~6小时内啼哭情况,出生后第11分钟、119分钟时新生儿行为评分(BNBAS),首次及产后6周、6个月时母乳喂养情况。结果观察组生后第0~1小时、第5~6小时,啼哭次数及持续时间均显著少于对照组,且第119分钟时BNBAS评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组首次喂养时母乳喂养测量工具评分(10. 45±2. 22)分,明显高于对照组的(8. 08±1. 61)分(P <0. 05)。观察组产后6周、6个月时纯母乳喂养率为72. 5%、52. 5%,明显高于对照组的37. 5%、17. 5%(P <0. 05)。结论产后早期持续1 h的母婴皮肤接触,可减少新生儿觉醒及啼哭状态,提升母乳喂养效果。
        Objective To investigate the effects of mother-infant early skin-to-skin contact with dif-ferent duration on neonatal behavior and breast-feeding. Methods 80 infants born from January 2017 toJune were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The two groups were given early maternal and infant skin contact after birth. The observation group lasted for1 hour,while the control group lasted until the perineal wound was sutured,with an average of( 30. 75 ±1. 13) minutes. Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of crying within 0-1 h,5-6 h af-ter birth,neonatal behavioral score( BNBAS) at 11 min and 119 min after birth,breastfeeding at the firstand 6 weeks and 6 months after delivery. Results At 0-1 h,5-6 h after birth,the number and durationof crying in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,and the BNBASscore at 119 min was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The score of breast feed-ing measurement tool in the observation group was( 10. 45 ± 2. 22) at the time of first feeding,which wassignificantly higher than that in the control group( 8. 08 ± 1. 61)( P < 0. 05). The rate of exclusive breast-feeding in the observation group was 72. 5% and 52. 5% at 6 weeks and 6 months postpartum,which wassignificantly higher than that in the control group( 37. 5% and 17. 5%,P < 0. 05). Conclusions 1 hourof mother-infant early skin-to-skin contact can reduce awakening and cry of infant,improve the effect ofbreast-feeding.
