济川煎联合枳术丸治疗中老年慢性功能性便秘疗效观察

摘要
目的观察济川煎联合枳术丸治疗中老年慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将57例中老年慢性功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组29例予济川煎联合枳术丸加减治疗,对照组28例予乳果糖口服溶液治疗,2组均治疗1个月。观察2组患者治疗前后生活质量自评量表评分及粪便性状、排便频率、每次排便时间、排便困难程度、下坠感、腹胀程度积分,统计2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个月后,2组患者自评量表评分及症状体征积分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0. 05),且治疗组患者自评量表评分及症状体征积分明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),2组均无严重不良反应发生。结论济川煎联合枳术丸能明显改善中老年慢性功能性便秘患者的症状和体征,提高患者生活质量,临床疗效明显,建议推广。
Objective It is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the medicament named Jichuan decoction combined with Zhizhu pill in the treatment of chronic functional constipation in the elderly patients. Methods 57 elderly patients with chronic functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group( 29 cases) which were treated with Jichuan decoction combined Zhizhu pill and control group( 28 cases) which were applied with lactulose oral solution. Both groups were treated for 1 month. The fecal character,the frequency of defecation,the time of defecation,the degree of defecation,the sense of falling,the degree of abdominal distension and the score of patient assessment of constipation quality of life questionnaire( PAC-QOL) were observed during the entire treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results After 1 month of treatment,the symptom score and self-rating scale score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 05). Besides,the PAC-QOL score and the symptom score of the treatment group were also significantly lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Jichuan decoction combined with Zhizhu pill can improve the symptoms and signs of chronic functional constipation significantly in the elderly patients and have an obvious effect in improving the quality of life of patients. The clinical efficacy of the Jichuan decoction combined with Zhizhu pill is so obvious and is recommended to promote in clinic.
