芍药苷药理作用研究进展

摘要
通过对近10年芍药苷药理作用相关文献的研究,从抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗抑郁、免疫调节和补血等方面概述了芍药苷药理作用的研究进展。目前芍药苷的研究多集中在对信号通路的调控和细胞因子活性的调节,但芍药苷不同生物学效应之间的信号通路网络和关键靶点尚未阐明。因此,进一步探索芍药苷作用的信号转导机制和作用靶点,认识中药方剂中不同活性单体之间的配伍规律,可能是今后芍药苷及其他中药活性成分的重要研究方向。参考文献31篇。
