中药四君子汤联合四神丸加减治疗慢性泄泻的临床效果

摘要
目的:探索中药四君子汤联合四神丸加减治疗慢性泄泻的临床效果。方法:选取2016年5月21日-2017年5月21日期间我院慢性泄泻100例患者,抽签化分组,即每组50例,对照组和观察组分别采用常规西药治疗和中药四君子汤联合四神丸加减治疗。结果:观察组患者的烦躁易急(0.34±0.16)分、畏寒怕冷(0.74±0.16)分、四肢无力(0.23±0.68)分、口苦口黏(0.81±0.62)分、食后腹胀(0.22±0.74)分、食欲减退(0.55±0.37)分、总有效率(98.00%)、大便次数(2.74±0.09)次/天、不良反应(4.00%)、腹痛率(6.00%)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性泄泻患者实施中药四君子汤联合四神丸加减治疗效果显著。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤) and Sishen Wan(四神丸) on chronic diarrhea. Methods: 100 cases were divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine. The observation group was given the the Sijunzi decoction and Sishen Wan. Results: In the observation group, the irritability score was(0.34±0.16) points; fear cold and chill score was(0.74±0.16) points; limb weakness score was(0.23±0.68) points; mouth bitter and sticky score was(0.81±0.62) points; post-food abdominal distension score was(0.22±0.74) points; anorexia score was(0.55±0.37) points; total efficiency was 98%; stool number was(2.74±0.09) times daily, adverse reactions was 4.00%; abdominal pain rate was 6.00%; and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Sijunzi decoction and Sishen Wan shows a remarkable effect.
