回阳生肌膏治疗糖尿病足阴证疮面述要

摘要
糖尿病足(DF)是糖尿病中最容易发生的一类并发症。DF由于糖尿病而引起的截肢及截肢后复发率也在逐年上升,但目前尚缺乏明确有效的防治措施和手段,成为了当前医学界治疗的难点和热点,因此越来越多的专家学者专注于糖尿病足溃疡的研究。目前中医外科对糖尿病足方面的治疗有着明显的优势,其中回阳生肌膏属于中医外科外用药,在首都医科大学附属北京中医医院临床应用效果显著,现将回阳生肌膏治疗糖尿病足溃疡的研究进展叙述如下。
As the most common type of complication in diabetes mellitus, in 2010, the incidence of diabetic foot in the world accounted for 6.4%. According to each country every year for the diabetic foot of the economic burden continues to increase, due to diabetes mellitus caused by amputation and amputation recurrence rate was also increasing year by year, there was still a lack of effective prevention measures and means, which became the current medical treatment of the difficulties and hot spots, so more and more experts and scholars focused on the study of diabetic foot ulcers. At present, surgery of TCM on the treatment of diabetic foot had obvious advantages, of which back to Huiyang Shengji Paste was a TCM surgical treatment with significant clinical application in our hospital. The progress of research on the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers by Huiyang Shengji Paste was summarized below.
