摘要
目的:研究氨甲环酸在高龄老年股骨颈骨折关节置换中的治疗效果。方法:髋关节置换患者60例,采用随机方法分为:治疗组30例,术前1 h应用20 mg/kg静脉滴注;对照组30例,术前给予等量的生理盐水滴注。将术前和术后的失血量、输血率和术后引流量进行记录总结。结果:在输血率方面,对照组和治疗组输血率具差异有统计学意义。结论:对于降低高龄股骨颈骨折的围手术期失血量而言,氨甲环酸有较好作用,可降低输血率,宜在临床中推广应用。
        Objective: To determine the effect of Tranexamic acid in total hip replacement for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods: Sixty patients,who were scheduled for hip replacement,were randomly divided into two groups. The study group( n = 30) was given 20 mg/kg Tranexamic acid by intravenous drip at 1 h before the operation. The control group( n = 30) was given equal volume of normal saline by intravenous drip before the operation. The blood loss volume,blood transfusion rate and drainage volume before and after the operation were recorded and summarized. Results: There was statistical difference in the blood transfusion rate between the control group and study group. Conclusion: Tranexamic acid is significantly effective in reducing perioperative blood loss volume and blood transfusion rate for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,which is worthwhile of widespread use in the clinical practices.
