陈旦平运用育肾助孕调周法辨治卵巢储备功能下降性不孕经验

摘要
介绍陈旦平副教授运用育肾助孕调周法辨治卵巢储备功能下降性不孕的临床经验。认为肾虚是发病的基础,血瘀为重要环节,心肝脾功能失常是常见因素。治疗采用育肾助孕调周法,改善卵巢储备;同时注重活血祛瘀,多脏腑的调治;临证善用血肉有情之品,填补奇经;种子尤重基础体温的测定,指导同房,孕后及时安胎。
This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor Chen Danping in the treatment of infertile women with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)by using the method of nourishing the kidney, assisting pregnancy and adjusting the cycle of menstruation. Professor Chen Danping considers that kidney deficiency is the root of the disease, blood stasis is an important link, and the dysfunction of the heart, liver and spleen is the common factor. In the treatment of the disease, he adopts the method of nourishing the kidney, assisting pregnancy and adjusting the cycle of menstruation to improve the ovarian reserve. At the same time, Professor Chen Danping focuses on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and regulating Zang-fu organs. He is good at using flesh and blood products to fill the extraordinary meridians. He pays attention particularly to the determination of patients' basic body temperature and the time of sexual intercourse for impregnation and calms the fetus in time after pregnancy.
