益气活血强心汤结合西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的效果

摘要
目的探讨慢性肺源性心脏病患予以中药气活血强心汤联合西药常规治疗的效果。方法选取2015年3月～2016年3月我院收治的慢性肺源性心脏病患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法的形式将其均分为观察组和对照组,各30例,观察组在常规西医治疗基础上联合使用益气活血强心汤;对照组仅行西医常规治疗。对比两组患者进行治疗后的临床总有效率以及临床指标。结果观察组总有效率96.67%高于对照组70%,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进行治疗后,观察组喘息、咳嗽、心悸等有所减少,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后观察组血沉方程K值、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指标以及气血黏度和气血还原黏度等指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将益气活血强心汤联合西药应用于慢性肺源性心脏病患者的治疗中,临床有效率有效提升,值得临床进一步分析。
Objective To discuss the effect of using Yiqihuoxue decotion combining west medicine to treat chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods Choosed 60 cases patients from Mar.2015 to Mar. 2016 to divide into study group and controlled group with 30 cases in each. The study group were treated with Yiqihuoxue decotion, the controlled group were treated with west medicine. Compared the clinical effect of these two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was 96.67%, higher than 70% of controlled group(P<0.05). The symptoms of study group of gasp,cough, palpitation of study group were better than controlled group(P<0.05).The index of Blood sedimentation equation K value, erythrocyte accumulation,erythrocyte aggregation index, blood viscosity,gas and blood reduction viscosity of study group was better than controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Yiqihuoxue decotion combining west medicine to treat chronic pulmonary heart disease is effective to extend in clinic.
