痔点挑治治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ期内痔临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察痔点挑治治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ期内痔的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年3月至2018年3月上海市嘉定区中医医院Ⅰ～Ⅱ期内痔患者200例,随机分为治疗组(100例)和对照组(100例),治疗组用痔点挑治治疗;对照组予复方角菜酸酯栓纳肛治疗,均治疗2周,观察两组治疗结束时及随访3个月时的疗效。结果:治疗结束时治疗组总有效率85.00%,对照组总有效率78.00%。随访3个月时治疗组总有效率72.00%;对照组总有效率63.00%。经统计两组治疗结束时及随访3个月时疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔点挑治治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ期内痔疗效确切。
Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the pricking therapy of hemorrhoid point in the treatment of Ⅰ-Ⅱdegree internal hemorrhoids. Methods: A total of 200 patients withⅠ-Ⅱdegree internal hemorrhoids in Shanghai Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2016 to March 2018, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group has 100 cases. The treatment group was treated with the pricking therapy of hemorrhoid point for 2 weeks, the control group was treated with compound carraghenates suppositories for 2 weeks. To observe the indexes and efficacy at the end of treatment and 3 months after follow-up. Results: At the end of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.00%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 78%. At 3 months after follow-up,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 72.00%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 63%. there was significant difference between the two groups at the end of treatment and 3 months after follow-up(P<0.05). Conclution: The pricking therapy of hemorrhoid point in the treatment of Ⅰ-Ⅱdegree internal hemorrhoids is effective.
