沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合无创通气治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭患者的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂(舒利迭)联合无创通气治疗老年慢性阻塞性疾病呼吸衰竭患者的疗效。方法选取我院接收治疗的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭患者100例,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组患者50例。对照组患者采用无创通气法治疗;观察组患者在此基础上联合舒利迭进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组,两组患者在心率、呼吸及肺功能指标上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒利迭联合无创通气治疗老年慢性肺阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭效果显著。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Salmeterol assigned powder Inhaler(seretide) combined with noninvasive ventilation on elderly patients with respiratory failure due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 100 elderly patients with respiratory failure due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were selected into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with noninvasive ventilation,and the patients in observation group were treated with seretide on the basis of noninvasive ventilation. The treatment effects of two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,the differences in heart rate,respiratory and pulmonary function indices between two groups were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of seretide combined with noninvasive ventilation on elderly patients with respiratory failure due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is remarkable.
