强化医务人员手清洁和消毒,控制医院感染

摘要
目的对强化医护人员手清洁及消毒在控制医院感染中的作用进行探析。方法对2017—2018年度该院院内感染控制工作进行回顾性研究,2017年度实施常规手卫生管理制度,2018年度全院开展强化医务人员手清洁和消毒工作,对比分析两年度医务人员手卫生依从率、手清洁与消毒合格率,并掌握与手卫生相关的医院感染率。结果 2017年度医务人员手卫生依从率为90.3%、手清洁与消毒合格率为84.9%,2018年度分别为99.5%,96.6%,差异有统计意义(χ~2=6.495、3.229,P<0.05);2017年度与手卫生的医院感染发生率为0.82%,高于2018年度的0.08%(χ~2=19.203,P<0.05)。结论通过强化医务人员手清洁及消毒活动,有助于增强临床医务人员手卫生依从性提高手清洁与消毒合格率,减少相关性医院感染发生,确保患者治疗安全。
Objective To explore the role of intensive care and disinfection of medical staff in controlling hospital infections. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the infection control of hospitals in our hospital from 2017 to 2018.In 2017, the routine hand hygiene management system was implemented. In 2018, the whole hospital was intensified to clean and disinfect the medical staff, and the 2 nd year medical staff hand hygiene was compared and analyzed. Compliance rate, hand cleaning and disinfection rate, and the hospital infection rate related to hand hygiene were compared. Results The compliance rate of hand hygiene for medical staff in 2017 was 90.3%, the rate of hand cleaning and disinfection was84.9%, and that of 2018 was 99.5% and 96.6% respectively. The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.495, 3.229,P <0.05). The incidence of nosocomial infections in 2017 and hand hygiene was 0.82%, which was higher than 0.08% in2018(χ~2=19.203, P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the hand cleaning and disinfection activities of medical staff can help enhance the compliance of hand hygiene of clinical staff and improve the pass rate of hand cleaning and disinfection,reduce the incidence of related hospital infections, and ensure the safety of patients.
