摘要
使LED光源和照明器件的光学系统相匹配,光学设计至关重要。设计了一款轻型的LED医用头灯,用光学模拟的方法,设计和优化了由四片透镜组成医用头灯的匀光系统,挑选了适合本医用头灯的LED光源,得到40cm处、大于8 cm直径的均匀圆形光斑。实验测量的结果表明,光斑处的照度满足本医用头灯的照明需求。
The medical headlamps have the features such as portability,directional lighting,and high brightness,especially for local lighting during medical procedures. In this paper,a new light-homogenized system of four lens was designed and developed for portable LED medical headlight. The Radiant SIG-400 was used to measure the light spot of proofing samples for portable LED medical headlight. The experimental result got a diameter of 8 cm round spot at a distance of 40 cm. The illumination was proved to meet the operations for head and neck surgery. The new medical headlights are very suitable for most of the medical and field medical.
