摘要
基于SiC纳米材料,构建了一种新型电化学发光酶传感器。采用电化学发光(ECL)为检测手段,研究了该传感界面对于肾上腺素的传感识别过程,同时优化了相关的测定条件,建立了对于肾上腺素的测定新方法。结果表明,该方法灵敏度高、检测范围宽,可用于实际样品中肾上腺素的测定。
An ECL enzyme-sensor based on SiC nanomaterials was constructed. Investigated the process of adrenaline recognition of the sensing interface using electrochemiluminescence( ECL) detection and optimized experimental conditions. A novel method for detection of adrenaline was developed. In conclusion,this method possessed high sensitivity and a wide linear range that can successfully utilized for the determination of adrenaline in practical sample.
