钢板螺钉内固定技术对四肢长管骨创伤骨折的治疗价值分析

摘要
目的探讨钢板螺钉内固定技术对四肢长管骨创伤骨折的治疗价值。方法方便选取2015年1月—2018年1月90例四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者根据手术分组。对照组开展闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定手术,观察组开展钢板螺钉内固定技术。分析效果;四肢长管骨创伤骨折愈合的总时间、患者术后下床的时间、开始进行功能锻炼的时间;施术前后患者肢体功能评分结果、疼痛程度评分结果;骨折愈合延迟、骨不连等的发生率。结果观察组效果45例(100.00%)相对对照组30例(66.67%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.922,P<0.05)。施术后观察组肢体功能评分结果、疼痛程度评分结果(90.24±8.11)分、(2.01±0.12)分优于对照组(80.14±6.22)分、(3.07±0.78)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.932、7.031,P<0.05)。观察组四肢长管骨创伤骨折愈合的总时间、患者术后下床的时间、开始进行功能锻炼的时间(3.02±0.02)个月、(2.01±1.02)d、(4.21±1.21)d优于对照组(4.14±0.13)个月、(5.15±2.01)d、(10.62±2.59)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.211、4.377、5.713,P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合延迟、骨不连等的发生率3例(6.67%)低于对照组10例(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.939,P<0.05)。结论四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者行钢板螺钉内固定技术效果确切。
        Objective To evaluate the therapeutic value of plate screw internal fixation for the treatment of long bone fractures of extremities. Methods Convenient select ninety patients with long bone fractures of the extremities from January2015 to January 2018 were enrolled according to surgery. The control group underwent closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation, and the observation group carried out the technique of plate screw internal fixation. Analyze the effect, total time of healing of long bone fracture of limbs, time of patient getting out of bed, time of functional exercise; score of limb function score before and after operation, score of pain degree; the incidence of delayed fracture healing, nonunion, etc. Results The effect of the observation group was 45 cases(100.00%) higher than that of the control group30 cases(66.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=7.922, P<0.05). The results of limb function score and pain degree score of postoperative observation group were(90.24±8.11)points,(2.01±0.12)points, which was better than(80.14±6.22)points and(3.07±0.78)points, respectively,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.932,7.031, P<0.05). The total time of healing of the long bone fracture of the extremities in the observation group, the time of the patient getting out of bed, and the time of starting functional exercise were(3.02±0.02)months,(2.01±1.02)d,(4.21±1.21)d, which was better than the control group(4.14±0.13)months,(5.15±2.01)d,(10.62±2.59)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.211, 4.377,5.713,P<0.05). The incidence of delayed fracture healing and nonunion in the observation group was 3 cases(6.67%) lower than that in the control group 10 cases(22.22%),the difference was statistically significant,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.939, P<0.05). Conclusion The technique of plate screw internal fixation for patients with long bone fractures of the extremities is effective.
