中国铁路“走出去”建设项目的关键成功因素及影响机理研究

随着"一带一路"建设的不断深化推进,作为基础设施互联互通建设的重点领域,我国铁路"走出去"的步伐也正在紧锣密鼓推进。首先,通过文献整理和案例分析,总结了中国铁路"走出去"建设项目的41个成功影响因素,提出了建设项目成功影响因素的五维模型;然后,通过开展问卷调查统计分析,得出了中国铁路"走出去"建设项目成功影响因素的重要程度排序并筛选得出关键成功因素;接着,采用解释结构模型方法,构建了15个关键成功因素影响建设项目成功的解释结构模型,运用该模型分析了关键成功因素对建设项目成功的影响机理;最后,从国家、行业、企业三个层面提出相关对策建议,为有关各方制定中国铁路"走出去"发展战略提供理论依据和参考建议。
Along with the rapid implementation of"Belt and Road"initiative,as the key area of infrastructure connectivity construction,China's railway industry is stepping up efforts in going global.In this paper,through the literature sorting and cases study,41 factors which influence the success of railway construction project under the going-global strategy of China's railway industry were summarized,and a five-dimensional model of success factors was put forward.Then,through a questionnaire and statistical analysis,the importance ranking of impact factors was obtained,and critical success factors which contribute to the success of railway construction project were screened.Thirdly,the interpretation structure model of 15 critical success factors was constructed by using the Interpretation Structure Model Method.The model was used to analyze the influence mechanism of critical success factors on the success of construction projects.Finally,the suggestions were put forward from the three aspects of the Chinese Government,railway industry and related enterprises based on the analysis of the critical success factors and influence pace,which provide the theoretical basis and reference for the relevant parties to formulate the going-global development strategy of China's railway industry.
