摘要
四点角接触球轴承和精密滚珠丝杠的滚道多由被称为"桃型沟"的几何结构构成,桃型沟通常采用成型砂轮磨削加工而成,成型砂轮的接触角将直接复刻在工件上,工件接触角是否合格完全取决于成型砂轮的接触角。在分析两种现有桃形沟检测技术原理和缺点的基础上,采用两种方法分别对10个砂轮进行检验,并分析两种检测方法结论相互矛盾的原因。结合工件的实际使用过程给出了新的算法,通过试验验证了本算法的可行性与准确性。
Gothic arc is always used in four-points contact ball bearing and the groove of high-precision ball screw,and it is grinded by form grinding. The contact angle of workpiece is copied from grinding wheel,as a result,the precision of contact angle all depends on that of formgrinding wheel. By analysing the principle and disadvantage of two existing methods to detect the contact angle of grinding wheel,the reason why two methods give competing results by detecting ten grinding wheels is carried out. Moreover,a new algorithm is given according to the actual situation. Finally,an experiment is carried out and the results verify the feasibility and accuracy of this algorithm.
