磁共振成像诊断髋臼唇撕裂价值的分析

摘要
目的:探究磁共振成像(MRI)在髋臼唇撕裂中的临床诊断价值。方法:从2016年3月～2018年1月期间到某院进行诊治的所有髋臼唇撕裂患者当中随机选取53例髋臼唇撕裂患者作为本次的观察研究对象,对这53例患者的髋关节MRI诊断情况和MR影像检查情况进行回顾性分析,对比敏感度、特异度和准确性。结果:在髋关节MRI的髋臼唇撕裂诊断当中,敏感度为90.57%,特异度为88.68%,准确性为92.45%;在髋关节MR的髋臼唇撕裂诊断当中,敏感度为88.68%,特异度为90.57%,准确性为90.57%,两者没有明显的差异,P>0.05。结论:从敏感度、特异度和准确性来看,髋关节MRI诊断与髋关节MR诊断之间没有明显的差异,但髋关节MRI诊断的安全性比髋关节MR高,因此髋关节MR诊断具有一定的有创性和关节感染的潜在可能性。
Objective:To explore the clinical diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in diagnosis of acetabular labrum tear. Methods: A total of 53 patients with acetabular labrum tears were randomly selected from all patients with acetabular labrum tears who had been diagnosed and treated in a hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 as subjects for this observational study. The hip joint MRI diagnosis and MR imaging of 53 cases were retrospectively analyzed, compared sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. Results: In the MRI diagnosis of acetabular labial tears, the sensitivity was 90.57%, the specificity was 88.68%, and the accuracy was 92.45%. In the diagnosis of acetabular labial tear in hip MR, the sensitivity was 88.68%, the specificity was 90.57% and the accuracy was 90.57%. There was no significant difference, P>0.05. Conclusion: From the point of view of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, there is no significant difference between MRI diagnosis of hip joint and MR diagnosis of hip joint. However, the safety of MRI diagnosis of hip joint is higher than that of hip joint MR because the diagnosis of hip joint MR has certain possibility of invasiveness and joint infection.
