摘要
2018年4月至今,在应急管理部和国家煤矿安全监察局(以下简称国家煤监局)的谋划、部署和推动下,煤矿机器人研究应用取得一定进展。分析了煤矿智能化建设的背景和意义,介绍了推进煤矿机器人研发应用的政策导向,对煤矿机器人的轻质防爆材料、长续航高能量密度的机器人动力技术、井下特殊作业环境的机器人自主精准定位技术以及煤矿机器人的无线通讯技术等煤矿机器人急需突破的共性关键技术进行了阐述。通过调研,总结了煤矿机器人的研发应用进展大体可以分为3个层次:一是技术相对成熟,已实现部分现场应用;二是已立项研发关键技术仍需突破;三是技术难度较大,研发进展较慢。最后对煤矿机器人研发与应用的趋势进行了展望。
        Since April 2018, certain progress has been made in the research and application of coal mine robots under the planning, deployment and promotion of Ministry of Emergency Management and National Coal Mine Safety Administration. The background and significance of the intelligence construction of coal mines were analyzed, the policy guidance of advancing the research and application of coal mine robots was introduced, the common key technologies of coal mine robots such as coal mine robots in lightweight explosion-proof materials, robot power technology of long life, high energy density, autonomous precise positioning technology of robots in the special underground work environment and wireless communication technology of robots were expounded, through research, it was summarized that the research and application progress of robot in coal mine can be divided into three levels: first, the relatively mature technologies are achieved, which has realized field application; second, the key technologies still need to be broken through; third, the technical difficulty was greater, the research and development progress was slower. Finally, the development and application trend of coal mine robots were prospected.
