雾化吸入布地奈德联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的效果

摘要
目的分析雾化吸入布地奈德联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的效果。方法选取我院收治的慢性咳嗽患儿82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予盐酸丙卡特罗口服治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、咳嗽评分、血清Ig E水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.68%,明显高于对照组的75.61%(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组患儿咳嗽评分及血清Ig E水平均低于对照组及治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论应用布地奈德雾化吸入联合丙卡特罗治疗小儿慢性咳嗽效果显著,可有效缓解咳嗽症状,减轻气道炎症反应,且不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of nebulized inhalation of budesonide combined with procaterol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic cough in children. Methods Eighty-two children with chronic cough admitted to our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nebulization inhalation of budesonide, while the observation group was given procaterol hydrochloride oral treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,cough score, serum IgE level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.68%, which was significantly higher than 75.61% in the control group(P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the cough score and serum IgE level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two group(P >0.05). Conclusion Nebulization inhalation of budesonide combined with procaterol hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of chronic cough in children. It can effectively alleviate cough symptoms,alleviate airway inflammation and has fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion.
