摘要

文章聚焦创新创业环境建设,梳理南京市在企业培育、人才发展、活动氛围、营商环境等方面的政策和成效,分析其中存在的问题,并依据南京市科技创新发展的现状和基础,提出下一步推动创新创业环境建设的对策建议。
        Focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship environment, this paper summarizes achievements of enterprise cultivation, talent development, activity atmosphere and business environment in Nanjing. Then, this paper analyzes the problems. Finally, based on the status quo and foundation of Nanjing, this paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction level of innovation and entrepreneurship environment.
