摘要
通过垃圾热值来确定一次风入炉温度,由一次风温度来选择一种两段式的加热方案,并通过理论分析确定低压段出口空气温度,从而分析计算出各种蒸汽的消耗量。推荐采用汽机一级抽汽和锅炉汽包饱和蒸汽分别对蒸汽空气预热器的低压段和高压段进行加热,高压段的疏水通过闪蒸回收蒸汽。对一次风的加热分析思路,可供不同参数、不同规模的垃圾焚烧炉一次风系统加热设计参考。
Determining the temperature of the wind inlet furnace by the calorific value of waste, choosing a two-stage heating scheme from the primary air temperature and determines the air temperature at the outlet of the low pressure section through theoretical analysis, thus analyzing and calculating the consumption of various steam.
