摘要
成纤维生长因子5(FGF5)是羊毛抑制生长基因,主要调控毛囊周期性发育,在毛囊的生长过程中均有表达。在鼠、兔、猫和狗等其他动物的研究中均表明FGF5与毛被的长短有关。探索FGF5基因在绒山羊品种改良和分子育种方面的作用已成为研究热点。有研究证实FGF5是抑制毛发生长和体内诱导退行期毛囊分泌的信号蛋白,因此敲除FGF5能促进绒山羊绒的生长,增加绒产量和提高绒品质。文章主要对近年来FGF5基因在绒山羊毛囊生长发育中的最新研究进行综述和展望。
        Fibroblast growth factor 5( FGF5) is a growth inhibitory gene of wool. It is expressed continuously during the growth of hair follicle and regulates the periodical development of hair follicle. The studies of mice,rabbits,cats,dogs and other animals have shown that the function of FGF5 is related to the length of hair. It has become a hot research topic to explore the role of FGF5 gene in the species improvement and molecular breeding of cashmere goat. Some studies have confirmed that FGF5 is a signaling protein that inhibits hair growth and induces hair follicle secretion in vivo in catagen phase. Therefore,the cashmere growth,yield and quality can be increased by knocking out FGF5. In this paper,the recent research progress of FGF5 gene in hair follicle growth and development of cashmere goats is reviewed and prospected.
