德育中的对话:价值、困境、路径

摘要
无论作为一种本体论的教育观念,还是作为一种方法论的教育技术,对话在德育中的价值已在教育理论与实践中都得到了确认。当前,德育课程的课程属性、话语形态、僵化的教学管理以及师生对话能力的缺失均制约了德育对话的有效开展。在德育教学与管理中,教师应在准确把握"对话"本真意蕴的基础上,科学设置对话主题,合理创设对话情景,不断增强对话能力,以切实提升德育实效。
Whether as an ontological educational concept or as a methodological educational technology,the value of dialogue in moral education has been confirmed in educational theory and practice. However,the effective dialogue in moral education has been restricted by its course attribute,discourse form,rigid teaching management and disability of dialogue between teachers and students. In the teaching and management of moral education,teachers should scientifically set up the theme of dialogue,reasonably create dialogue situations, and constantly enhance the ability of dialogue on the basis of accurately grasping the true meaning of "dialogue",so as to improve the actual effect of moral education.
