摘要
根据各类环境等级指数对14类工程项目进行聚类分析,并利用层次分析法计算各类项目的相对权重得到环境污染指数。利用2008—2017年数据,以各类项目的环境污染程度为解释变量,以各类项目造成的直接经济损失和间接经济损失(显性和隐性环境退化成本)为被解释变量,选取产业结构、人均GDP水平、国家环境投资、国家基础设施投资、能源消耗总量为控制变量,利用SPSS软件进行回归分析,从显性和隐性两方面分析各类项目的环境污染程度与环境退化成本之间的相关性,并进一步利用边际法依次计算各项目总的单位环境退化成本。最后选取房屋建筑工程进行了实证分析。
        Cluster analysis is carried out on 14 types of engineering projects according to various environmental grade indexes,and the relative weight of each type of project is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the environmental pollution index.Then,according to the data of 2008—2017,the environmental pollution degree of each type of project is used as an explanatory variable,the direct economic loss and indirect economic loss(explicit and implicit environmental degradation cost)caused by each type of project are used as explained variables,the industrial structure,per capita GDP level,national environmental investment,national infrastructure investment,and total energy consumption are used as control variables,so that the regression analysis is carried out by using spss to analyze the correlation between the environmental pollution degree and environmental degradation cost of each type of project from both explicit and implicit aspects,and further calculate the total unit environmental degradation cost of each project by the marginal method successively.Finally,the building construction project is selected for empirical analysis.
