人才只有依附于组织的运行逻辑才能发挥相应的价值,因此知晓组织的演化趋势,就有助于洞察人力资源管理的发展方向与发展重点。在组织网络化、内部市场化以及生态化的演化趋势下,人力资源管理也有着从过去的依赖内智到盘活外智、从培养员工工作能力到培养员工经营意识,以及从过去的"在册"到如今的"在线"等趋势。
Talents can play its corresponding value only by relying on the operating logic of the organization,so knowing the evolution trend of the organization will help to gain insight into the development direction and development focus of human resources management. With the evolution of organizational networking,internal marketization and ecology,human resources management has also evolved from relying on internal intelligence in the past to tapping external intelligence,from cultivating employees' ability to work to cultivating employees' business consciousness and trends from "in the book"in the past to "online"in the present.
