摘要
为了研究辉河自然保护区草地群落的类型及其分布,试验采用组间连接法、最近邻元素法、质心聚类法和Ward法,以盖度、高度、密度、地上生物量、物种数为指标,对保护区内的27个草地样地进行系统聚类分析。结果表明:4种聚类方法中以组间连接法聚类结果最符合实际情况,草地植物种类以羊草、硬质早熟禾、麻花头、糙隐子草、茵陈蒿和星毛委陵菜等为主,盖度、地上生物量等指标变化幅度较大。说明组间连接法可以用于辉河自然保护区草地类型分类,采用欧式距离,通过聚类分析可将草地群落类型分为四类,即类Ⅰ{NT-01,NT-02,NT-04,SD-Ⅱ-06,SDL-01,SDL-03,SDL-04,SDL-06},类Ⅱ{NT-03,SD-Ⅰ-05,SD-Ⅰ-06,SD-Ⅰ-07,SD-Ⅰ-08,SD-II-07,SD-II-08,SD-Ⅲ-06,SD-Ⅲ-07,SD-Ⅲ-08},类Ⅲ{NT-05,NT-07,NT-08,SDL-02,SDL-05,永久样地Ⅰ,永久样地Ⅱ,永久样地Ⅲ},类Ⅳ{NT06}。
To study the types and distribution of grassland community in Huihe Nature Reserve,27 sample plots in the protected areas were selected for system clustering analysis using the between- groups linkage,clustering analysis,neighboring element method,and centroid clustering method,taking coverage,height,density,above biomass,and the number of species as indicators. The results show that the result of using the between- groups linkage was the most realistic among four kinds of clustering methods. Poa sphondylodes,Leymus chinensis,Serratula centauroides,Cleistogenes squarrosa,Potentilla acaulis and so on were dominant types in grassland plants,and there was greater variation in the coverage,above biomass,and other indicators. The results indicate that the between- groups linkage can be used for the classification of grassland types in Huihe Nature Reserve,and the grassland community types can be divided in to four categories using the Euclidean distance,including classⅠ{ NT- 01,NT- 02,NT- 04,SD- Ⅱ- 06,SDL- 01,SDL- 03,SDL- 04,SDL- 06 },classⅡ{ NT- 03,SD- Ⅰ- 05,SD- Ⅰ- 06,SD- Ⅰ- 07,SD- Ⅰ- 08,SD- Ⅱ- 07,SD- Ⅱ- 08,SD- Ⅲ- 06,SD- Ⅲ- 07,SD- Ⅲ- 08 },class Ⅲ{ NT- 05,NT-07,NT- 08,SDL- 02,SDL- 05,permanent sample plots Ⅰ,permanent sample plots Ⅱ,and permanent sample plots Ⅲ},and class Ⅳ{ NT06}.
