摘要

对女贞醛产品的气相色谱分析方法进行了优化并与行业标准QB/T 4651—2014进行了对比。根据行业标准QB/T4651—2014提供的方法对女贞醛产品进行分离,只能分离得到两个异构体。优化后的方法采用强极性毛细管柱和程序升温方式让女贞醛产品获得了更好的分离度,实现了三个异构体的完全分离并利用GC-MS对其结构进行了初步确证。
        A modi?ed method for separation and determination of the ligustral was introduced and compared with method listed in QB/T 4651—2014. Only two isomers of ligustral were separated with method in QB/T 4651—2014. The high separation ef?ciency was obtained on a strong polar capillary column by programmed temperature gas chromatography. Three isomers of the ligustral were separated and primarily identi?ed by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
