摘要
简析了蒸汽冷却器的作用、种类及布置方式,论述了蒸汽冷却器的设计原则和特点。针对蒸冷的结构设计,列出了分流量设计时节流孔板的计算方法。对于全流量蒸汽冷却器的结构设计,采用了可调节流孔的结构方案。在回热系统中设置蒸冷器,可有效利用蒸汽过热度,提高机组的给水温度。
The steam superheat can be effectively utilized and the feed water temperature of the unit can be increased by installing a steam cooler in the regeneration system.According to the functions,types and layout of steam coolers,the design principles and characteristics of steam coolers are discussed.According to the structure design of the evaporator,the calculation method of throttle orifice plate in dividing flow design is listed For the structure design of full flow steam cooler,the structure scheme of adjustable flow hole is adopted.
