Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in the treatment of occult fractures of the knee. Methods Fifty patients with occult fractures of the knee joint from February 2015 to June 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected. Multislice spiral CT and MRI were performed on the patients. The diagnostic accuracy of the two methods was compared. Results The detection rate of occult fracture of knee joint was 100.00%, and the detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT was 56.00%. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion MRI has a high diagnostic value for occult fractures of the knee joint, and the coincidence rate is high, which is worthy of application.
