摘要
目的探索"九蒸九晒"、药典法2种炮制方法对何首乌中6种成分含有量变化的影响。方法何首乌甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0. 01%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1. 0 mL/min;检测波长295 nm;柱温30℃。结果 6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(R~2>0. 995 0),平均加样回收率98. 96%~101. 23%,RSD 0. 41%~1. 37%。结论何首乌在2种炮制方法下6种成分含有量存在较大差异,这些差异是否与疗效和肝毒性相关还有待进一步探讨。
        AIM To explore the effects of two processing methods( "nine steamed and nine shined" method and pharmacopoeia method) on the content changes of six constituents in Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.. METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of P. multiflorum was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Agilent C_(18)column( 250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0. 01% phosphoric acid flowing at1. 0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 295 nm. RESULTS Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges( R~2> 0. 995 0),whose average recoveries were98. 96%-101. 23% with the RSDs of 0. 41%-1. 37%. CONCLUSION There are great differences in the contents of six constituents in P. multiflorum between two processing methods,but whether these differences are related to efficacy and hepatotoxicity remains to be further explored.
