摘要
根据电梯基本功能与电梯系统安全保护功能,以德普(DPRO)公司研发的三维电梯模型为控制对象,采用西门子全集成自动化软件TIA portal进行模块化的编程,完成三部电梯的PLC群控系统总体设计。三部电梯用同一个外部呼叫信号,合理的去响应乘客的乘坐需求。通过PLC编程及仿真调试,系统不仅从本质上明显的缩短了乘客乘坐电梯的时间,还降低了电梯能耗,同时减少了使用成本,延长了电梯的使用周期。
According to the basic function and the safety function of the elevator system, using the three-dimensional elevator model developed by DPRO,and using Siemens fully integrated automation software TIA portal for modular programming,this article complete overall design of the three elevator group control system based on PLC control system.Three elevators with the same external call signal, a reasonable response to the passengers riding demand.Through the PLC programming and simulation debugging, the system not only significantly shortens the passengers take the elevator time, but also reduces the elevator energy consumption, while reducing the use of cost and extend the use of the elevator cycle.
