护理干预对预防老年下肢骨折手术病人深静脉血栓的效果评价

摘要
[目的]探讨早期护理干预对预防老年下肢骨折手术病人静脉血栓的效果。[方法]选取182例老年下肢骨折病人并随机分为观察组和对照组各91例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。比较两组病人手术后5d时血清D-二聚体水平和住院期间深静脉血栓的发生率。[结果]观察组手术后5d时血清D-二聚体水平和深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,病人满意度高于对照组。[结论]对老年下肢骨折手术病人早期护理干预能有效减少深静脉血栓的发生,降低血清D-二聚体水平,提高病人满意度,降低住院时间。
Objective:To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in elderly patientswith lower limb fracture.Methods:One hundred and eighty-two elderly patients with lower limb fractures were randomly divided in-to intervention group and control group,91 cases in each group.The patients underwent routine nursing in control group,and compre-hensive nursing intervention in intervention group.After the intervention,the level of serum D-dimer and the incidence of deep ve-nous thrombosis were compared at 5 th day after operation between two groups.Results:The serum D-dimer level,the incidence ofdeep vein thrombosis,and hospitalization time in intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 5 th dayafter operation.The satisfaction of patient in intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:Early nursing intervention can effectively reduce the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis,improve the satisfaction of patients andreduce the hospitalization time in elderly patients with lower limb fracture after surgery.
