摘要
针对航天离散制造车间的生产特点,将车间生产管理与软件应用相结合,建立了面向航天离散制造车间的新型MES综合评价指标体系,有效提高了MES评价的针对性和实用性。随后,基于组合赋权法与模糊综合评价法对车间MES进行综合性能评价,通过在某航天离散制造车间的实际应用,验证了所提出的综合评价指标体系的有效性。
It proposes a novel MES comprehensive evaluation index system in view of the characteristics of aerospace discrete manufacturing plant. Combining the workshop production management with software application,it improves significantly the efficiency and practicability,evaluates the combination property of MES in combination weighting method and fuzzy synthetically evaluation method. It proves the efficiency of the proposed MES comprehensive evaluation index system through the practical application in some aerospace discrete manufacturing plant.
