网络语境下涉警网络舆情的应对与管控策略

在风起云涌的网络新时代,作为维护国家社会治安重要力量的公安机关,面对着网络传播语境中出现的新情况、新问题,必须主动把握网络话语权,不断创新公安宣传工作的方式方法,深入探索网络新媒体在公安工作中的应用,密切关注社会公众的强烈"诉求",满足广大人民群众的"需求",及时提供受众公认的信息源,努力营造和构建和谐的警民关系,有效掌控涉警网络舆情引导与管控的主动权,积极适应网络新时代公安工作面临的新形势、新任务、新要求,不断推动和促进新时代公安工作跨越式发展。
In the new era of the turbulent network, as a major force for safeguarding the national social security, the public security organs, in the face of new situations and new problems in the context of online communication, must take the initiative to grasp the right to speak on the Internet and continuously innovate the way of public security propaganda. Methods, in-depth exploration of the application of new media in the public security work, pay close attention to the strong "claims" of the public, meet the"demand" of the broad masses of the people, provide timely information sources recognized by the audience, and strive to create and build a harmonious relationship between the police and the people.Effectively control the initiative of the police network to guide and control the situation, actively adapt to the new situation, new tasks and new requirements faced by the public security work in the new era of the network, and constantly promote and promote the development of public security in the new era.
