房地产开发企业合约管理对项目成本的控制

摘要
对于房地产行业而言,经济效益是每个房地产开发企业都特别重视。而做好成本管理工作对于提升房地产企业的经济效益来说,效果极其显著。在许多的成本管理方法中,利用合约管理来进行项目成本的控制的方法是最有效也是最受关注的,很多的房地产开发企业对其都十分注重。正因如此,本文通过对于现阶段房地产行业的现状以及房地产开发企业的合约内容分析,针对每个阶段不同的项目成本情况和存在的问题,提出了一些对于项目成本控制的建议。
For the real estate industry, economic benefits are paid special attention to by every real estate development enterprise. And to do a good job of cost management for improving the economic benefits of real estate enterprises, the effect is extremely remarkable. Among many cost management methods, contract management is the most effective and most concerned method to control project cost. Many real estate development enterprises attach great importance to it. For this reason, through the analysis of the current situation of the real estate industry and the contract content of real estate development enterprises at this stage, aiming at the different project cost situation and existing problems at each stage, this paper puts forward some suggestions for project cost control.
