摘要
CO氧化羰化法制草酸反应复杂,流程长,一直以来难以大规模工业化。而直接利用煤制乙二醇的副产草酸二甲酯作为原料,水解生产草酸品质好,成本低,同时还可以消耗乙二醇装置副产的草酸二甲酯,作为草酸新工艺路线受到关注。
The oxalic acid process of CO carbonylation is complicated and long flow path,and it has been difficult to industrialize on a large scale. The direct use of dimethyl oxalate,a by-product of coal-based ethylene glycol,is used as a raw material to produce oxalic acid with good quality and low cost. At the same time,it can also consume dimethyl oxalate as a by-product of ethylene glycol plant,which has attracted attention as a new process route for oxalic acid.
