摘要

目的:评价支气管哮喘患者接受临床护理路径干预的效果。方法:随机将支气管哮喘患者64例分为两组,对照组(32例)行常规护理,观察组(32例)行临床护理路径干预,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者对护理干预的依从性、护理满意度均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在支气管哮喘患者治疗过程中开展临床护理路径干预行之有效。
        Objective:To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing pathway intervention on patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:64 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the two groups equally,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received clinical nursing path intervention,we compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The compliance and satisfaction of nursing intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to carry out clinical nursing path intervention in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients.
