摘要
为探讨不同处理对巴山榧树扦插生根的影响,分别研究了基质种类、插穗类型、生根剂不同质量浓度配比及处理时间对巴山榧树扦插生根的影响。结果表明,不同基质对巴山榧树插穗的生根率、生根数和根长的影响极显著,1年生枝条插穗经1 000 mg/L ABT1处理30 min后,扦插于V(泥炭土)∶V(蛭石)∶V(园土)=3∶1∶1混合基质中的生根率最高,达51.13%;不同插穗类型对生根率和生根数的影响差异达到极显著水平,1年生插穗的生根率明显高于2年生插穗,3年生插穗不生根,2年生插穗的生根数略高于1年生插穗;正交试验显示处理时间和ABT1浓度2个试验因素对巴山榧树插穗生根率的影响达到显著水平,IBA浓度对生根率的影响则不显著,经1 000 mg/L ABT1和200 mg/L IBA处理40 min的插穗生根效果最好,生根率达75.56%。该试验为巴山榧树扦插育苗技术的深入研究提供了参考依据,为巴山榧树快速繁育和推广应用提供了科学依据。
        In order to investigate the effects of different treatments on rooting of Torreya fargesii cuttings, the research studied the effects of medium types, cutting types, different concentration ratio of rooting agents and processing time on rooting of T. fargesii cuttings. The results showed that different medium types had extremely significant effect on rooting rate, rooting numbers and root length of the cuttings of T. fargesii. There was a highest rooting rate of 51.13% when the cuttings of one-year-old branches were treated with 1 000 mg/L ABT1 for 30 min and then cut into mixed medium of V(peat soil)∶V(vermiculite)∶V(garden soil) at the ratio of 3∶1∶1. The effects of different cutting types on rooting rate and rooting number reached extremely significant level. The rooting rate of one-year-old cuttings was significantly higher than that of two-year-old cuttings. The three-year-old cuttings did not take root, and the rooting number of two-year-old cuttings was slightly higher than that of one-year-old cuttings. The orthogonal test showed that the effects of the processing time and ABT1 concentration on rooting rate of T. fargesii cuttings reached significant level, but the influence of IBA concentration on rooting rate was not significant. After the treatments of 1 000 mg/L ABT1 and 200 mg/L IBA for 40 min, the rooting effect of the cuttings was the best, and the rooting rate reached 75.56%. The experimental results might provide a reference forthe further research of the cuttage seedling technique of T. fargesii, and laid foundation for the rapid propagation and application of T. fargesii.
